A beautiful bird landed on a branch today
and dried every tear from my eyes
Even with words she couldn't say
her song calmed my fears into sighs
I felt him there knew it was real
despite not being able to give
The sorries the comfort the love and more
we will stay true to our promises
The melody from her inspiring music
touched my heart in a reassuring way
I softly smiled as she sang her tune
