Waves of clarity
                        wash upon my soul
                        Though I cannot write
                        as eloquently as you

                        I feel your words
                        flowing through me
                        Like a river meets an ocean
                        wave upon wave

                        You lull me into dreams
                        bringing me closer to you
                        The ocean's humble roar
                        from one tiny shell

                        Take me on a journey
                        Your thoughts in my mind
                        Rough waters surround us...
                        but we find a deeper understanding of life
